We built an open air wild bird feeding area and have started enticing birds to visit.
Some of the birds we’e seen already are:
- Sulphur Crested Cockatoos
- Bar shouldered and Peaceful Doves
- Crested Pigeons,
- Great Bower Birds.
Nectar eating birds are visiting the flowering Bauhinia near the Manabulloo Station Caravan Park. The species seen include the:
- Blue Faced Honeyeater
- White Gaped Honeyeater
- Little Friar Birds
- Brown Honeyeater.
Wood Swallows, Trillers and Rainbow Bee Eaters are prevalent on the fences.
